[Other] Increasing max level in Pokemon Platinum

    I found a patch online that increases the maximum level of Pokémon from 100 to 255. The only problem is that if I apply the patch to a Renegade Platinum ROM, it overwrites it.

    I've looked online for a guide on how to edit the maximum level myself, but all I've found are tutorials for games from other gens. I know it's got something to do with hex editing, but I have no idea what entries I need to change or where I'd even start. If anyone could give me a hand, that'd be great.
