    how do you find them out because i used the serebii thing that tells you them and does it work right? because i use it and it said that my porygon taht i just hanched said i had 31/31 in all of the things is it working right and if not were do you find a working one or how to do it?
     
    He did say it just hatched, So I think EVs aren't the problem. The problem is the level. You can't be certain about IVs until level 100 (Keeping track of EVs too). Use rare candies or Day care to level up to 20, I find that's a fair level to check at.
     
    nvm i looked agaen and it not 31 all the way thouh and theses no place to put want EVs you have i'm talking about the

    Well try out this IV calculator from MetalKid. I've found it to be quite handy. His calculator can basically zero in on your IVs, given that you know your pokemon's hidden power type. Even if you don't know that bit of information, you can still imput EVs and your pokemon's stats as it grows. Those two factors further refine the calculator's results.
