[Other] INSERTING .RXDATA IN FIRERED

I downloaded gen 6 essentials in that download I got some pbs txt files, battle sprites, cries, and a file called scripts I opened that folder and it was full of rxdata and DAT files, didn't know wat the hell it was so I didn't mess with it.

Is it possible to insert it, then it will make my work easier i guess

These are the titles :)

Those are for RPGMaker, the software that is used with Pokémon Essentials. I guess in theory you could try to adapt them for FireRed, but IMO it would make more sense to try and find Fr-specific versions of those resources (e.g. by using something like CFRU).
