Trade shops are aloud but only in the Wifi corner > Trade corner thingy.
Also, it must include at least 10 different kinds of Pokemon and wants.
You cannot ask for or offer any type of Hacked Pokemon. Have a read through the area's rules and guidelines if your unsure of anything else (:
And if you mean Hiring as in hiring staff idk to help, usually just ask a friend who you've met or something. A trade thread is usually ran by you.In addition to what dragonomega said, you are allowed to have a partner work with you in your trade thread. You can't make a thread asking for one however, and you're best opening a trade shop if you opt to do so with a partner, asking one of your friends who is into trading.
