Question: Is it okay to reserve usernames?

This is directed to staff and people in the know who can help me.

I was wondering if it is possible to ¹ Make a new account under your old username to reserve it in case you want to revert back and ² If it is possible to swirch your 2 usernames around even if your alternitive account isn't eligible to change usernames? Because i'm a supporter i can change in 3 month but my other acc. would be 4?

I know PC is cool with alt accounts i just don't want to bend aany rules or cause too much complication.

It's more than okay to reserve a username. Be it one that you're interested in, or had in the past.

When you request it changed to that, though, be sure to state that that account was reserved by you and isn't a real one created by someone else.

I think all you have to do is ask. When I asked to see if my name could be reserved I got no reply, but when I tested the registration form with my nick while I was in my previous nick, it said the nick was already taken, so you could be OK.

So say i want to reserve my current name i should just post on the second account and state it is reserving a useraname and that should be okay?
