5th Gen is it possible to make a higher level pokemon learn a move that you said forget

    on leveling i have a pokemon above lvl 16 and accidently said forget and then forget again!
     
    Yes, there's a girl in the house near a Pokémon Center in Mistralton City, she'll let your Pokémon re-learn a move in exchange for a Heart Scale.
