    So yeah I'm currently making a new Rom hack (This is my first time 😄 ) and I'm planning to add Shiny Pokemon in the party of the Rival.
    Also my Rom hack has a Mega evolution System ( Thank's to Touched's Mega Evolution System ) and I want my Rival's Pokemon to mega Evolve the Problem is when I put a Mega Ring and Mega Stone to my Rival's Item the Pokemon Sprite doesn't change. Pls help me I'm new to this 😂

    I'm not sure about Mega Evolution, but you can definitely do a shiny Pokemon! This video showed me how to do it.
