Well, I know it's possible to play GBA in the pc with a emulator, but is it possible to play ps1?

Depends on what you mean by that,if you want to just put your ps1 c.ds in the computer and play them on there thats possible but you'll need a special program,and if you want to play downloaded games such as roms and emulators then thats also possible

Yes, it's possible. But let's not get into how and where to find such programs, shall we? I don't know if it's allowed in the Emulation section or not, but I don't allow it in Other Games. I respect Nintendo's wishes:
