Is it worth it?

In my quest to fill up my pokedex, I transferred my Charizard from LeafGreen and to get an entry for Charmander and Charmeleon, I bred it with I ditto. What came out was an Adamant Charmander with 29 speed IVs and 28 attack. This was without trying to get any planning. The ditto I bread it with has a Brve nature and weak ivs. Now I know Charizard isn't a great Pokemon, mostly due to having 50% of it's health taken away by Stealth Rock, but if I give it a Swords Dancer, Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz and Earthquake moveset it can be a pretty good sweeper. I mean with a nature and iv like that, I may never get that lucky again. Is Charizard worth putting on my team?
