Alright. Well, Note that rarity of a card has nothing to do with proposed rarity of a character in the TV show or pokémon video games. That said, I believe most of those cards are "rare", but you get one rare a pack so its not such a spectacular feat.

In the pokemon TCG, cards that are actually rare (limited print) or that are the best in battle are worth the most money.

Being really specific, yes if it is marked by a star in the bottom right corner. There are lots of holo Mews.
