    Is Pok?mon Personal value changing or not?

    Well, the question is literally in the title.

    In Pok?mon Data structure, there is an unsigned 32-bit value that indicates the personaloty value of a certain pok?mon.

    First Question: Is the value changing or not? When the pok?mon is given to you, the value will be permanent and will not be changed.

    Second Value: Is there any chance that a Pok?mon will have a same personality value?
