6th Gen is that.......Hoopa?

hmmm now that the pictures been expanded the outline is more so from the flames from reshirams tail. however, the rings make sense in conjunction with hoopas ability. i think it will be related to hoopa for this reason.
 
Oh darn. I guess it is just his tail :(
But I still think that Hoopa will have something to do with it, because of previously mentioned reasons.
Also look at Reshiram's face he's so cute
