Question: Is there a character limit/4 word rule in blogs?

Just as the above poster said, no. But if it is under that it's probably not meaningful. Try to keep your blog posts atleast at a paragraph when you can.

If it's not 25 characters/4 words, it doesn't even sound worth posting imo.

Paragraphs don't matter, I mean I can post the next 10 blogs I make with only one word and a link and it won't make a difference. Paragraphs just determine whether people are more likely to read or not.

Oh and yes it's possible to make a meaningful blog entry under a paragraph, too.

And Syd:
Posting a Youtube video, funny image, link to something important, or even just "I'm leaving", all can be worth it depending on the views of the individuals who actually view them.

This, really. Those three words would have to be some amazing words if you want it to, y'know, be a good and attractive entry. :(
