Is there a PERFECT team?

I've done some research and I can't seem to find the perfect set of six pokemon with the perfect set on attacks that could take out anything that got in their way.
i've tryed. My party is:

(I know i need new dragon moves)

-Electivire
-Discharge
-Shock Wave
-Thunderbolt
-Low Kick
-Magmortar
-Flamethrower
-Ember
-Sunny Day
-Lava Plume
-Poliwrath
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Rain Dance
-DynamicPunch

Im open to all CONSTRUCTIVE critisim. Any ideas on better parties?
