3rd Gen Is there a specific formula to breed 6IV perfect nature mon?

Dear PC,

Just like the Masuda method, is there a tried and true method in frlg and rse to breed for specific abilities, gender and get 6IV? What about all the above with shiny?

Not in gen 3. In gen 6 there's destiny knot and everstone, and I think gen 5 has some stuff too, but in R/S/E, you just gotta get lucky.
