[Question] Is there a way to ban certain types of Pokémon?

    I'm making a fan game based on Ash Johto Journeys. There's a part Ash and friends go to the Whirl Island where a tournament for water Pokémon is held. I'm trying to make a tournament similar but having trouble doing so. I want to ban all types except water Pokémon and have it be 2v2 battles. Can anyone help with this I've tweak some battle rules in the script but it only works for the Battle tower , battle arena,etc. What trying to say is there anyway to make a regular single battle with battle rules implemented for single battles.
