5th Gen Is there any way to get shards in White?

I just looked it up on Bulbapedia and I can't believe it...can you really only buy shards in Black City? That just seems really unfair for people who own White version! How am I supposed to even use the move tutors? :\

Well it honestly doesn't matter given that move tutors are only in Black 2 and White 2, and their only purpose in B/W is to get sold for money :x In B2W2 you can find them everywhere p much, though! Nevertheless for questions that do fit here post them in the sticky called quick questions please :)
