Okay, so I decided to build a team (assume any with levels under 65 are still being leveled):
    *=placeholder move

    Blaziken-Level 88
    Mirror Move*
    Double Kick
    Blaze Kick
    Sky Uppercut

Marshtomp-?? (Still leveling this one, this is the one I'll swap out for another choice if necessary)
    ?
    ?
    ?
    ?

    Sceptile-Level 66 (Yep, all 3 Hoenn starters)
    False Swipe*
    Leaf Blade
    Earthquake
    Solarbeam

    Mamoswine-Level 48
    Blizzard
    Icy Wind
    Avalanche
    Earthquake

    Salamance-Level 50
    DragonBreath*
    Crunch
    Fire Blast
    Fly*

    Kyogre-Level 70
    Sheer Cold*
    Rest*
    Hydro Pump
    Double-Edge*

    Am I missing anything important?

I'll try to help as much as possible. My comments will be in BOLD

Okay, so I decided to build a team (assume any with levels under 65 are still being leveled):
    *=placeholder move

    Blaziken-Level 88
    Brave Bird
    Swords Dance
    Blaze Kick
    Sky Uppercut

Mirror Move isn't that great a move. Blaziken can learn Brave Bird in HGSS, so that'll be a better option. Swords Dance can raise your attack, and you already have Blaze Kick and Sky Uppercut for STAB. I suggest giving Blaziken the Wide Lens to increase the accuracy of Blaze Kick and Sky Uppercut. With a 85% accuracy, a crictical miss can hurt you. Wide Lens only gives you a 10% boost, but every bit helps.

Marshtomp-?? (Still leveling this one, this is the one I'll swap out for another choice if necessary)
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Earthquake
    Rest/Toxic

Once you evolve it to Swampert, give it the moves I listed. Surf and Earthquake for STAB, with Ice Beam for wider coverage. In the Final slot, Rest works if you keep planting Chesto Berrys. Otherwise, use Toxic for spreading status.

    Sceptile-Level 66 (Yep, all 3 Hoenn starters)
    Swords Dance
    Leaf Blade
    Earthquake
    Pursuit/Dragon Claw

Again, Swords Dance to raise your attack, and you already have Leaf Blade. Earthquake is decent, and in the final slot, use Pursuit or Dragon Claw. In particular, Dragon Claw + Earthquake gives you nuetral coverage against every type.

    Mamoswine-Level 48
    Superpower
    Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    Avalanche
    Earthquake

You don't need 3 Ice attacks here. Add Superpower and either Stone Edge or Rock Slide for better coverage. Stone Edge for more power, Rock Slide for accuracy.

    Salamance-Level 50
    Dragon Claw/Outrage
    Crunch
    Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    Fly*

Not too bad here. Dragon Claw or Outrage would be better than Dragonbreath here. And in place of Fire Blast, Flamethrower works if you get fustrated with Fire Blast's accuracy.

    Kyogre-Level 70
    Thunder
    Rest*
    Hydro Pump/Surf
    Ice Beam

Thunder has perfect accuracy in Rain, and Kyroge summons a permanent rainstorm. Surf can be used in place of Hydro Pump if you're having accuracy issues. Ice Beam for wider coverage.

    Hope that helped.

Glad I could help. I also suggest Calm Mind in place of Rest on Kyroge. You have a lot of physical attackers, and Kyroge can be a special attacker.

Alteratively, you could repalce Salamence and Kyroge. They're considered Uber, and thus banned in standard competitive play. Dragonite is almost the same as Salamence, though it's not quite up to Uber standard, and I only suggest replacing Kyroge because you already have a Water-type. I don't recommend doubling up on types to much.

I know that this probably isn't competitive, but that's just my opinon. I don't like using Ubers or Legendaries in-game too much. Makes it too easy.

jabs's moveset are good overall but i would change swampert
    moveset for this

    Swampert

    -ice punch
    -waterfall
    -earthquake
    -curse

(swampert is more of a physicall attacker so surf and ice beam are not that good here.
