Psychic has horrific coverage. I recommend close combat for blisseys or just another special move, perhaps hidden power.

I like Mixed Lucario rather then Physical..

Mixed takes care of many things, as well kicks Blissey's ass with CC. Ev Spread: 252 attack/252 special attack/6 Hp or Defense

Mixed covers more threats, but all sets work fine, so it'a just a matter of personal preference.

Or team matters. Special for Special Sweeping, Physical for Physical Sweeping coverage, and Mixed for a good kick in the ass to Blissey and other Threats.

yeah but no speed so it's hard to get the first hit (not talking about against blissey obviously)

Like Anti said in another Thread, if you us it right, it shouldn't be taking ANY hits at all. Also, there's Occa Berry for the Item.

what i meant was itachi didnt put any evs in speed so it might be slower than other ev trained speed pokemon
