Is this a good moveset for my friends Nidoking?

Here it is:

Nidoking
Megahorn
Flamethrower
Dig
Sludge Bomb


He doesn't have a computer, thats why I'm posting it. He says if not, give him an easy one to get for it. This'll be for in game and wifi battles (we have wifi where we work, and I'm getting it installed at my house too)

By the way, I don't know the EVs or nature. Hes right here, but his DS is charging right now.

I'm not that great with teams but I would definitely put Earthquake instead of Dig.

Trade dig for Earthquake. It's 20 points stronger and it takes one turn. Dig leaves it open for somebody else to use eathquake (at 2x damage) with it already being super effective.

That's all I got, I'm not an expert at movesets. Knowing the nature would be a bit more helpful.
