Is this a good strategy for a back-up Mightyena?

NOTE: Yes, I know Mightyena isn't an all around good pokemon. Yes, I know it won't do stunning in actual competitive play. I'm battling with this pokemon for fun. I don't care if it wins every time. I just thought this was a good idea for a set, and it might be surprising and fun to use, and I'd like opinions on it. Thanks.

    FORMAT: Singles/Doubles
Mightyena @Leftovers/Shell Bell??? (For the HP. Are there better ideas?)

    ROLE: Last minute revenge killer
An "if all else fails" poke. If my other sweepers are fainted, this will be my back-up. So I will only use it when I need it. And I have a moveset to support this role.

-Sucker Punch (priority STAB. Covers psychic & ghost types. Almost always goes first.)

-Retaliate (Mightyena comes out when everyone else is fainted. So this should work great.)

-Super Fang (cuts the HP to half. It's bound to be good, I'm sure?)

-Substitute (protection, to make up for Mightyena's bad defense)

EVS: I actually don't know which stats I should train. Help on this?
    HP- definitely should be trained.
Attack- definitely should be trained. This is the stat it needs most. Question is, how much?
Defense- despite having Substitute, should train this just a bit- just in case.
Sp. Attack- it doesn't need this. I'll make this blank.
Sp. Defense- not sure if training this stat is worth it? Should I?
Speed- should train this a little.

I just need a EV spread. This I definitely need suggestions on.

    TEAMMATE OPTIONS:
For doubles format. I need a Pokemon with high defense that knows Heal Pulse, Helping Hand, Follow Me and one more move that will go well with this. I don't know a Pokemon who fits this criteria. Does Blissey or Togekiss know those moves?

Ok, that's it. Does this strategy sound like a good idea? Please leave suggestions, thanks.

Mightyena is not viable in any metagame where Blissey or Togekiss would be allowed (notably Doubles OU). If you simply must use it then it needs the coverage moves of Play Rough and Iron Tail, and you probably want to run Crunch for a more reliable STAB move. But Mightyena is really only viable in PU (horrible even in NU) and even then it's easily revenge killed. Also, it doesn't stand to benefit from Follow Me, which is better for setup sweepers. Togekiss is probably the best user of Follow Me. But it's nonetheless a very risky strategy, as you will probably end up sacrificing your Follow Me user, thereby immediately leaving your setup sweeper vulnerable to attacks with only a single boost to show for it. Setup sweepers that utilize Substitute could become unstoppable, though, if Togekiss is able to survive one round and they can setup Substitute and a boost before Togekiss faints. I can't think of any examples at the moment though.
