It's not too flashy, but the 4 I have so far work pretty well online.

    Cradily-PetePirana-Leftovers-HP and D/SpD split-Bold
    Toxic
    Recover
    Amnesia
    Barrier

    Umbreon-I Cheat-Leftovers-HP and D/SpD split-Bold
    Mean Look
Either some attack move or Yawn.
    Baton Pass
    Wish/Moonlight

    Garchomp-UseIceOnMe-Yache Berry-Speed and Attack-Jolly
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    Stone Edge
    Swords Dance

Sharpedo-Jaws 4-Focus Sash-Speed and Attack-Jolly(With all this and agility, he should be able to outspeed anyone that isn't as obsessive as me about speed.)
    Waterfall
    Agility
    Earthquake
    Crunch

    Alakazam-Neo-Life Orb-Speed and SpAttack-Hasty
    Psychic
    Focus Blast
    Energy Ball
    Shadow Ball

Glaceon-Jon Snow-Leftovers-HP and SpAttack-That one that raises defense and lowers attack that I can't remember the name of
    Protect
    Shadow Ball
    Ice Beam
    Wish

Firstly, your two defensive pokemon are both special walls, so replace one, preferably Cradily, with something like a Weezing, Gliscor or Forretress. For Umbreon, Curse+Payback is a good combo, try:

    Umbreon@Leftovers
    Careful Nature
    Toxic
    Curse
    Payback/Faint Attack
    Moonlight

That Sharpedo gets mullered by SR, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sand Storms and Hail, so like, bad idea, just give it a choice band or choice scarf and replace Agility with Ice Fang or Night Slash. Timid nature on Zam, or go modest and give it Specs or Scarf. Outrage over Dragon Claw on Chomp. I can't really say much else without EVs and such.

Give us EVs, dont just say "Split between ... and ..." just saying that gives no indication of the weigthing. That way we can rate properly

Honestly, this isn't a good team. Some of the movesets are off. And EVs would be ni - WOMGWTFBBQ SHARPEDO!!! 8D

Since Sharpedo is that awesome and deserves a royal treatment.

I prefer Choice Scarf on Sharpedo rather than Agility. Choice Scarf will let it outrun the majority of sweepers. Ice Fang on Sharpie, please. Adamant Nature with 252 Speed / 252 Attack / 4 Love x3

    Yuck.

You shouldn;t use Attacking Moves OR Moonlight on Umbreon. Eevn with Curse, it's attacks are still weak, and Moonlight is hindeed by Rain, Hail, and Sandstorm.

I prefer the Mean Look/Baton Pass Set myself
Strongly disagree. Moonlight is hindered by weather, yes, but even in weather, it's still a recovery move, which is better than no recovery move. Personally, Wish is cool because you can heal teammates, but it also takes a turn to kick in, which can mean a dead Umbreon.

Now tell me, wtf is your Mean Look/BP no attacking move Umbreon going to do when it gets Taunted?

    Switch out... :P

I strongly disagree with your disagreement. Moonlight is horrible in anything but a Sunny Day team. Cresselia doesn't run Moonlight wholey because of the large numbers of Tyranitar and Hippowdon starters, along with Rain and Hail Teams. Wish is always better over Moonlight unless you're in the sun, because Wish will not change effectiveness, and can be passed. Umbreon shouldn't be attacking, it doesn't have the stats to back that up. It is a pure supporter. Mean Look + Baton Pass to a Belly Drummer and it's game over. Moonlight at 25% won't help much for your "Wish=Dead Umbreon" theory, it would still be dead that turn or after...

You know I'd much rather take a risk (which isn't much of one if you see Umbreon's mammoth defenses) with wish and heal 50% health than be out of PP in a few turns while recovering very little health. also passing to teammates is total win.

Also Umbreon happens to carry Taunt itself, since Taunt IS an Umbreon counter, but Taunt is a Taunter counter. You Taunt the Taunter switching in, you Mean Look the switch, you pass the trap, you DD up with Gyarados on the helpless pokemon and sweep the team ^_^ (or in this case Garchomp)

    -____-;

    It's the standard.

I personally like to run Mean Look/Wish/Baton Pass/Taunt on mine.

The sad thing is, Umbreon just isn't as good as it used to be, now with there being Choice Items on both sides of the attack spectrum, Nasty Plot and Special Fighting/Bug Moves.
