Is this a good team?

Hi I usually play pokemon a lot but I just started actually caring about my team. I used to basically just train my starter and no other pokemon. I really wanted to know if my team now is good And what I can do to make it better. I'm playing heart gold and I'm in Kanto with a Feraligatr lvl:55 Scizor lvl: 44 Victreebel lvl: 40 Ho-oh lvl: 50 Gyarados lvl: 32 (shiny) Gengar lvl: 27. Like I said I really want to know how to make my team better. I'm new to the forums so I don't know how they work much but if you could help me that would be great! Thanks!:)

I'd make everything an equal level. (That's just me.) That sounds like a pretty pown team though.
