Is this Dialga worth keeping?

Just caught Dialga (in a normal pokeball whoop!) and it has these stats:

Nature: Hardy
HP: 163
Attack: 120
Defense: 127
Sp. Attack: 148
Sp. Defense: 111
Speed: 91

Is it worth keeping this Dialga or should i redo and try for a different nature?

What stats does Hardy nature effect? I mean to me those stats seem prety decent but hey thats me i just catch stuff :P

Hardy is a neutral nature...

You can find its IVs yourself, you know.

EDIT: They're terrible. It was caught at level 47, correct?
