Is this ridiculousness enough to win a battle?

I try to go into battle with only orginal pokemon i like (my current team is teddiursa, charmeleon, politoed, and im working on the other 3) but it using a team of random pokemon that the enemy would never expect make up for the fact that my pokemons stats are below average? (i dont play competetively, i just mean in general)
