Is copying your Colosseum/XD save file and transferring Ho-oh's/Lugia's to your GBA cheating? and would you accept one in a trade?

well, the programmers put that option n the game, so id say its not cheating

Uh, I wouldn't call it cheating, personally, because there aren't many other ways to get Ho-oh/Lugia on your GBA carts aside from buying either of those fifty dollar games.
It's like cheating the system that cheats you, so I think it balances out. I'd accept one in a trade.

I'd just like to point out that it's impossible to copy Pokemon Collosseum/ XD data to another memory card. Apparently, the save is protected, or something, because I always get an error whenever I do it (and I've heard stories of people getting the same).

No, its not cheating. I wouldn't know why you would think thats cheating. lol :)
