The first thread that popped up whenever he was first unbanned, an ADMINISTRATOR agreed with his banning (Andy). Also, praetors are ADMINISTRATORS.

That ADMINISTRATOR was PPN Steve, and he's the same admin that said I could ban him again (after I gave him the full story of course)

Actually, 6 ADMINISTRATORS said we should re ban him O_o...that should tell you something...

And like I said before, every single higher staff said that he should be banned
 
As far as I know, praetors do not have as much power and relevance as Steve does... correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyways, I still haven't seen any proof of him flaming, I cannot agree on accusations with no proof at all... =/

EDIT: Ah, now if this is the case, I haven't got much power to say anything more...
It just sounds weird seeing him unbanned and then banned again without giving any reason...

Still, I hate abuses, and seeing what happened, I see staff members acted strange on his regards... I'd advise you to examine what kind of person LH really is.

You've all seen why he was banned, you've all seen why he's going to stay banned. You wanted proof you got it, enough is enough. Dakota might have said things that were uncalled for, but honestly...It was his personal opinion of the guy which can't be held against him. Dakota has never banned anyone just because he doesn't happen to like the person.

So, end of discussion, Lion Heart will remain banned.*locked*

I think we should give NiNGi the benefit of at least posting his response to your well-found proofs...besides, no one's flamed or anything

Well, I do not think my point can be brought forward any longer as many people seem to be against me... There also seem to be some aspects of the case that I don't know being a normal member.

All I want to say is that those posts were the only proof provided, although it has been said that he CONTINUOUSLY flamed and spammed etc... I see that both blue and dakota referred to this same case, so It seems that there are not that many flame and spam cases beside that...
Besides, the posts were old, and the problem was dealt with by restricting his access on the T-Dome. I still do not see why he is banned NOW. Backdated cases were meant to be already solved, I do not think he did the same again.

However, I do apologise if I'm causing any trouble to the staff, and if my accusations were not founded. I have said what I have seen, and I have never seen LH as a bad member. (and I still don't).

Did LH tell you to say that, cause that's what he always tells me when I tell him he flamed. I recall blue telling me that he flamed Kylie, and spammed up the "XD" thread, and flamed Andy by calling him a Prick.

He also spammed up my member thread, where he would continue to complain to me about his restricted access even when I told him to stop.

Nope, he did not tell me to say that...

I don't know if its against the rules to quote him, (as I'd be like a medium for him to communicate) but he's denying those facts on MSN... is it ok if I mention what he said?

Regardless of whether it's against the rules or not, there really is no reason to do it. We already have enough witnesses to say what happened, happened, and all the high-staff agrees that his punishment is just.

I can't see what quoting him or continuing discussion will really do right now, but I'll leave this thread open if you want to get a last word in.
 
It was agreed by all admins let alone all or most upper staff.Im sorry but I don't see LH being unbanned.He was once so I don't see it happening again.

Sorry Brittany but this is staying open until upper staff decides on closing it.
 
Yes, I understand... I don't think it will make any difference if I quote him either...

I would have just liked to have some backup, as many people who support LH are offline. They have good points too.
I guess this is really out of my reach right now, so I'll leave the case to rest. :P

I just hope his case has been (or is being) discussed appropriately in the lounge...

Last I checked, that was considered helping somebody bypass their ban. If somebody is banned, then obviously their opinion isn't allowed.
