FAVORITES TEAM! That's right, many of my favorite pokemon on this here team! This eliminates the likes of Blissey for contending, but opens the door for my usual picks (Articuno, Donphan, Metagross) and some more unusual ones that arten't on my teams as much (Dusknoir, Machamp, Zapdos). This also features the return of my favorite special sweeper of all-time, KINGDRA! Sadly, Steelix didn't make the cut because I needed a spinner :(

Oh, I'm stuck on the last slot as to whether I should use Zappy or Machamp.

So, without further ado, my team of favorites!

    Kingdra @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Sniper
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Surf
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

Yeah! Starting off my favorites team is the 'ol favorite, Kingdra! I haven't used this in D/P yet, and I can't wait to give it a go. It is my lead, as it beats down Gyarados and Hippowdon with heavy damage if they are foolish enough to stay in. Draco Meteor just plain hurts like SpecsMence, though not quite that hard. However, a critical hit is a near-guarenteed OHKO on most any pokemon in existance. While not only my Gyarados counter (lol waterfall lol), it also counters the dreaded MixApe. Any attack will murder the beast while Kingdra has a 4x resist to its most powerful attack-flamethrower. Also, Suicune is plain owned by Choice Specs HP Electric.

    Articuno @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Heal Bell
    - Roar
    - Roost

While some might think I use Cuno because I think it's awesome, it's actually because it's one of my favs! I had to leave out Hypno for this one, sadly. Either way, this takes on the most potent special attackers and even Thunderbolt attacks from the likes of Starmie do lol damage. Chain Chomp gets destroyed and Gengar also is 2HKOed by ice beam. Simply put, it takes boosted Flamethrower attacks to bring this puppy down, and Kingdra covers that weakness quite well. Stealth Rock is annoying, but they didn't invent Rapid Spinners for nothing.

    Donphan @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -Satk)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Shard
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rest

Donphan is the coolest Elephant you're going to find. I can finish off any dragon with somewhat low health thanks to Ice Shard and EQ allows me to do the unthinkable in Countering physical electivire (Mixed is handled by a specs Draco from Kingdra). Also my Rapid Spinner to blow away teh SR that destroys darling Articuno. And in case you haven't noticed, ity's my physical wall and rock resist as well. It's an amazingly cool and useful pokemon, end. Oh, rest for healing for longevity, and Articuno can bell away the sleep.

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDerf, -SAtk)
    - Rest
    - Will-o-Wisp / Earthquake
    - Fire Punch
    - Shadow Sneak

I've always has a place in my heart for Dusclops, and Noir is even cooler. Pain Split is too unreliable for me, so Rest is a solid option to replace it. Also, sweepers Donphan and Articuno have trouble with are taken down. For example, powerful normal attacks like Double-Edge and Tri attack can hurt Donphan and Articuno, but Noir simply eats them up (yeah, I'm talking to you choice specs Porygon Z.) Shadow Sneak beats up on Gengar, Zam, and most notably Azelf (Azelf giving Articuno a hard time with Nasty Plot Flamethrower). Fire Punch beats down on Heracross. It also finished annoying reversal pokemon. Earthquake is an option as Heatran is tough on my team.

    Metagross @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Meteor Mash
    - Explosion
    - Thunderpunch

Yes, one of my all-time favorite physical sweepers, whioch seems to find its way onto all of my teams, is back! Nothing is ever prepared for this awesome beast and they get destroyed thinking they can outspeed me. "They" often ends up being a gengar lol. But really, this gets at least 2 kills almost every battle, the first being the initial surprise, and the other being the BOOM! It sometimes will get more or less though, depending on how I play it and how the foe plays me. This is also useful for taking Scarfchomp's outrage and delivering a power Meteor Mash attack. It can also take a few physical hits as well. Also counters Gyarados if Kingdra falls.

Machamp @ Leftovers / Salac Berry
    Trait: No Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dynamicpunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Bulk Up
    - Substitute

My best destroyer of Blissey. Sets up a sub and uses Bulk Up a few times, and all of a sudden a lot of stuff will be OHKOed or 2HKOed. I'm not really sure where I'm going with this set, wther I want something more sturdy with Leftovers or if I want a subsalac set going on (If I did that, I'd need some speed of course.) This also poses an immediate threat to Tyranitar and it resists both STAB moves. Either way, Machamp is one of the cool Generation 1 pokemon and I've always wanted to use it. So here it is. Machamp will be making a fool of anything locked into a rock or bug attack. This is more for late-game so I don't get massacred by faster sweepers.

    -OR-

    Zapdos @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Metal Sound
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Roost

Metal Sound Zappy says sup to Blissey. That's right, a 2HKO could be in order. Roost to take off the recoil of Life Orb and whatnot, and we have a pretty powerful bird to deal with. This also outspeeds Modest Specsmence and Adamant Garchomp, a nice perk. Also, this along with Articuno and Dusknoir, pretty much stalls and stalls and...well...stalls! The whole Pressure-Stall tactic can be very helpful and can cripple potential threats. Zapdos will own most special walls (Regice being the big exception here with Clear Body) and inflict major damage. This will sweep stuff like crazy.

EDIT: Woah! This got approved? I've been waiting forever and I didn't realize it already had been >.>
