Lol. (Title FTW, Song = fail)
Well, this is my first Rain Dance attempt. I'm very open to suggestions (smart suggestions), since this is my first try.

    GOAL
Break them down as much as possible, then let Kingdra and Kabutops let loose.

    THE TEAM

    Trixie Pixie
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rain Dance / Fire Blast
    -Taunt / Rain Dance
    -Explosion

    Lead Azelf.
Sets up Rain Dance early, also Stealth Rock. Taunt slower leads, or Fire Blast Steels away.

    Pineapple Dansen
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Ludicolo @ Life Orb
    Modest
    EVs: 120 HP / 194 Spe / 196 SpA
    -Surf
    -Grass Knot
    -Ice Beam
    -Rain Dance

    Late Game Ludicolo.
My main Gyarados check. Grass Knot 2HKOes Gyarados with Stealth Rock factored in. Surf for STAB, Ice Beam for Dragons.

    Metal Bug Solid
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 32 HP / 224 Spe
    -Rain Dance
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Brick Break

Rain Dance support and anti-TTar and anti-Abomasnow.
Double-dance, then break them down with Bullet Punch and Brick Break.

    Star Struck
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Jirachi @ Damp Rock
    Timid
    EVs: 252 HP / 80 SpA / 176 Spe
    -Rain Dance
    -Wish
    -Thunder
    -Water Pulse

    Rain Dance and Wish support.
Rain Dance, then Wish to a teammate. Thunder for destroying stuff that is not resistant to it. Water Pulse for more coverage.

    Fishes for the win
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Qwilfish @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spe
    -Swords Dance
    -Poison Jab
    -Waterfall
    -Explosion

Qwilfish absorbs Toxic Spikes, which my team hates.
Swords Dance down, then bash them with my STABs. If I face a certain threat, I explode in their face.

    Make Way For The King
[PokeCommunity.com] Its Raining, Men! Hallelujah, its Raining, men! Yeah, yeah! [OU|Rain Dance Team|RMT]

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    Naughty
    EVs: 252 Atk / 240 SpA / 16 Spe
    -Rain Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Hydro Pump
    -Draco Meteor

    My mid-game sweeper.
The combination of Draco Meteor and Waterfall is just frightening. Hydro Pump dents Skarmory, Forretress and other physically-based walls hard to the bone.

    Well, there you have it.
    My team.

    Rate please.
Currently having success to it that I call the Find tab RNG (Random Noob Generator). Lol joke
    Although sometimes its true D:

Minor nitpick: Damp Rock>Focus Sash on Zelf for the extra 3 turns, which are crucial.

I'll stop later for an actual rate lol

Focus Sash guarantees me Stealth Rock AND Rain Dance.

OK, so I got a new EV spread for Ludicolo from a SPPf member, and it works out better for more bulk.

You are swept by Bounce Gyara if the rain goes away, which is increasing in usage (though it is still low in usage, but you should still be aware of it). Same for DD Mence, once of the rain is gone, it KOs your entire team. However, I guess you could try luring an Outrage with Kingdra, but you can't switch it into Mence as it DDs because you could risk being OHKOed by DM if it turns out to be a MixMence (same for CB, Specs, etc). Dragon Claw variant is even more of a problem though. Surprisingly, Dragon Claw is found on 18% of the moves used on Shoddy. D8 Of course, these aren't major threats because most of the time the rain will be up (but, there could be time when the rain is down for a few turns). You can consider Scizor a check for Mence since it does do around 55% with LO BP.

A revenge killer like a Scarf holder could provide insurance on these threats. Starmie would be pretty cool, especially with the rain support.

For the Ludicolo EVs, you only need 48 SpA EVs with Timid nature to 2HKO Gyara with SR up and without a Life Orb (148 SpA EVs for bulky Gyara), so you can add more bulk if you want, etc.

Just a quick rate, might come back for a better rate when I have time.

Edit: Never mind about the Bounce Gyara weakness, Jirachi is not OHKOed by a +1 Waterfall.

    Hmm....
Who should I replace for ScarfMie? She could be a decent revenge killer to Salamence along with Scizor.

Hmm... I really can't say, Jirachi seems too useful with Wish and rain support, Ludicolo is your late game sweeper (and your only option for Offensive Suicune), Quilfish and Kingdra are your sweepers, so they are kind of valuable to the team, and Scizor is your only way of getting rid of DD TTar (Starmie only deals around 50% to it with Surf). Kind of up to you.

I thought about replacing Jirachi, but that Wish support is needed, seeing I have 4 Life Orb users.
Scizor already does a fine job of checking Salamence though.

Yeah, you can defeat it by luring attacks. e.g. Jirachi lures Earthquake to Ludicolo, then Ludicolo lures an Outrage to Scizor / Jirachi, etc. That will rack up LO recoil, and after like two LO damages and SR, Scizor's BP will probably OHKO.
