Ok. This is Lugiapkm611's Trade Shop IV EV.
What I do is try to capture a pokemon that you want then I will train it to the level that you want. I also do Attack, Defense, Sp.Def,Sp.Attack and Speed.
When you want a pokemon pm me or post what you want and its nickname but to be sure here is the form.NOTE: I cannot do max stats!
