IV training

Ok, i thought that people did it randomly but it seems that people are getting flawless IVS WAY to easily and have way to many. Is there a secret trick behind this or what? I got real close to a near flawless pokemon then my pearl go soaked in the rain because of my nephew so all my work went down the drain. Any help? Please?

You can EV train and IV breed. You can't IV train.

A lot of people either manually IV breed or RNG flawless Pokémon. The latter seems to be more popular but it can also appear pretty complicated to people that have never heard of it before. It mostly just takes a lot of practice and patience to get it right.
