Well... To kinda put it bluntly. This kinda looks like a team that was just thrown together. In the uber metagame you would have a really hard time against lugia and blissey. As blissey walls half of your team. And lugia can wall the other half. Metagross comes in and has a feild day against your team after one agility.

I personally would drop latios because with out the proper set up. your asking to be killed. I also would suggest either dropping kyogre or Ho-oh because using them both on the same team is kinda counter productive with ho-oh using sacred fire. And you WANT to use sacred fire if you want to do well with him. Um... You dont have a single wall on your team. So heracross honestly would run right through you in ubers as would Infernape. Mewtwo laughs at your entire team as he will probably OHKO the majority of your team because he outruns it and because you arent prepared for it. I honestly would suggest putting a tad more thought into making your team

Extremekiller weak. Get a Giratina.

Deoxys needs Superpower for Blissey, and maybe Focus Sash. Ho-oh needs to be Jolly. Rayquaza doesn't need that many speed EVs if you're running Choice Scarf, all you really need is enough for 396, or maybe 385. You seem to put no thought into your EV spreads, and not one of your Pokemon is the least bit bulky. You would get absolutely ruined by my team, even if I didn't use Aruseus.
