IV's and Slowbro

Tank time. I need a tank. Currently my mind is set on Slowbro. Nice defense and offense. So, I'm aiming for a Bulky Water Slowbro. Here's what I have so far:

Slowbro@Leftovers
Nature: ???
EV's: ???
Ice Beam
Surf
Slack Off
Thunder Wave

So, yes. I'm asking for your help to make a decent bulky water slowbro. Move set is good IMO, but feel free to make suggestions. Thanks.

IVs don't need to be perfect, but definately nmore than 25 for your most important stats, like speed and SpA in gengar's case. I'm off to watch college football, so see ya. But hoped that helped.
