3rd Gen IVs check in Emerald

Here's a little newbie question, but I don't own GBA from too long, so I was wondering how's the simplest ways to check IVs in Emerald, as I want to breed my Blissey from there to get Seismic Toss

Go to the battle frontier - there is a hut just above the pokemon centre situated there.
If you go inside and speak to the old man he will ask to look at your pokemon - he will give you a general overview of your pokemon:

Its overall ability (e.g. outstanding)
Its best aspect (e.g. Speed)
How good its best aspect is (e.g. Flawless)

so basically flawless is 31 but other stats you could find an online IV stat calculator, I would say to breed a load of them to show him.
