I received a Japanese postcard with a Chansey in front of it, is it a rare or temporary postcard in any way? Is it the Pokemon center located specifically in Japan? If it is I think it's from a permanent stop or gym. Or is it an example of wayfarer abuse? I doubt it's wayfare abuse, as Japan has no problem adding pokestops or gyms.
