I have no clue for a moveset for my Jirachi(yes it is hacked)so does anyone else know one? :\

Future Sight
Double Team

Double Team will give the Time Spending moves time to take affect without being hit.

Since Future Sight and Doom Desire do the exact same thing, I'd rather give it Psychic. Unless EV'S go only into defenses and HP.

1) Wish
2) Doom Desire
3) Wish
4) Double-Edge/Psychic

Jirachi's Wish comes true (1/2 max H.P. restored)

Tyranitar uses Taunt, starts D-Dancing.

Water Pulse (Jairachi's ability makes the cunfusing rate higher. And Confusion in R/S is killer)
Cosmic Power (Use this after wish to stall, once your at +6/+6 its hard to KO)
Wish (Use this before Cosmic Power)
Psychic (STAB move, this will deal with Wheezing)

that moveset of spike razzor is one of the most usefull moveset for jirachi...

an other one that might help:

EV: sp.atk, hp, def, sp.def, possibly speed
-thunder
-rain dance
-water pulse
-wish

Another excellent addition to the rain dance setup... though water/electric moves are already loaded from other Pokemon, Jirachi's Water Pulse and Thunder makes a powerful paratraction combo, especially with thunder and 60% par rate.
