thought it had to do with something with the e-reader
Im buying a new ruby(that means ill have 2 rubys and a sapphire)so I might get a shark to test codes

no, but when i get colloseum in march i plan on erasin my game, and storin my pokes in the colosseum. or i got get a rom...does it matter if i "promote" roms like that, or will i get arrested?

I believe the only ways to attain it now are through Gameshark and perhaps Nintendo Promotions

Those are the only ways of getting Jiratchi is with a Game Shark, and Action Repla or as a Nintendo Promotion, but the one thing that bugs me is what the Hotel Owner in Lilycove city will give you after you capture all 200 PoKeMoN.
Is it possible that he gives you Jiratchi after you have caught all 200 PoKeMoN?

Yup it's the Official players guide for the game.
I wish that I'd brought it with me to the Library, but I didn't want to bring it at all.
