just wondering what the right evs are with a jolteon used for agility baton passing

well it depends. if you want jolteon to be able to take a few special hits, then you may want to go with 252 SPD/164-212 HP/44-92 SP ATK. jolteon really doesn't do much attacking in battle so i suggest giving him some HP so that his 95 base sp def can actually come in handy.

otherwise, you can just go with plain old 252 SP ATK/252 SPD/4 HP timid jolteon.
