First things first; Please let me know if this is the wrong place for this.

Ok so I have some extra time in my day, and I am gonna start an EV training thread. I EV train your pokemon, with in return something of value of course. I Will EV train your pokes as you want them, put in the moveset upon request, and get it to a certain level if so desired. I have 2 boxes full of EV'd pokes in my Soul Silver & a box full in my Black version.

So if you are interested, please let me know and i will get back to you asap :).

It's fine if you want to offer EV training as a service, but to have a trade thread you do indeed need to be offering some pokemon for trade.
