This deck is trying to do too many things at once. Don't play draw cards as singletons... go either all-in Trade In and 2x Cards or not at all. Burst Stream is not good. One Wingbeat is plenty. Not enough main pieces of the Dragon deck - Totem Dragon, Exploder Dragon, etc, and way too many White Nights and Blizzards.

This seems like a hybrid between Blue-Eyes Stone Draw and Frozen Ray. That is not a good idea. > : Do one or the other, not both.
