    1) In RM2k3, can you give monsters abilities? (aka moves.)

    2) Is there any good RM2k3 Pokemon starter kits?

    3) When heroes level up inside RM2k3, does there health increase or does it always stay at what you set for the base?

Thats all for now, I am sure I will have more later. Thanks in advance for the help.

    1) You can give monsters (aka: opponent's Pokemon) any moves that you could give a party member. You can even give them abilities that activate automatically, if you know how to use switches, variables, and all that jazz in the event tab.

    2) If you google it, it won't be hard to find some resources for Pokemon. However, if you are making it about characters from the show, you might have trouble finding good character sets for them.

    3) You can have their stats increase up to level 99, HP included. So the MAX HP will indeed go up. However, you can't have PP for moves like in the games, so you'll have to settle for Max PP (like MP in most RPG games). Also, there is no stat for special defense, so you'd have to have Special as one stat.

Wow, very informative and you answered all my questions perfectly. Thank you. =D

Hey, would you mind if I added you as a friend so I could PM you if I have any new questions?

That would be fine with me :) I have a fair bit of experience with rm2k3, so if you need help, I'll do what I can to answer your questions.

You Could make a full battle system if you could do some event coding like me and neo do
but it takes a lot of time and i'll show you my basic battle system events and how long it is
    just for a basic one!
and the battle system is from my starter kit
