Kabutops and the Omastar Brothers

    I have gotten to the part where I must battle Kabutops and the Omastar Brothers. I, Cyndaquil, am at level 34 and so is my partner Mudkip. I have had one attempt at trying to defeat them but died as Cyndaquil can't stand water types (obviously).

    Moves:

    Cyndaquil:
    Ember
    Quick Attack
    Flame Wheel
    Lave Plume

    Mudkip:
    Take Down
    Water Gun
    Whirlpool
    Mud Slap

    Can someone tell me the best moves to use out of them to defeat them?
