I play emerald on a Game boy emulator and I captured an Abra and got it to lvl 20. I then Saved and quit. Then couple hours later I go back on and there is a bad egg where Kadabra was so i was confused and just got another Abra up to 17 this time and Saved and quit. Came back on today and there was another bad egg. I am just wondering why this keeps happening.

What emulator are you using? I've used emulators such as VisualBoy Advance (the versions that let you make tool-asissted movies), and never had my Pokémon turn into Bad Eggs unless I use external cheats. It's hard to tell what causes that to happen.

I use My boy and yes I use the unlimited rarecandy cheat. So if your saying I turn it off I should not get bad eggs.

Well that's what might be causing it. Using cheats can result having in Bad Eggs. I tried the Gameshark code BFF956FA 2F9EC50D for infinite Rare Candies in the PC, but I couldn't intentionally turn one of my Pokémon into a Bad Egg yet.

Edit: Just made a video about it turning one of my Pokémon into a Bad Egg.
