I actually don't know. The site had just the picture and no information on it other than it's a rare (obviously). So we'll have to see. From deciphering code I have so far, it's probably a new one (as zodiac dragon doesn't have flying).

Okay. New things going on around here. First, sorceries and instants GAIN types now (arcane). This is a whole new ballgame! Okay. Also, you know that there is a new mechanic "soulshift" similar to modular in ways...and the fact that struggle instantly halfs your opponent's hand...and then there is that odd red rare (no longer are there "Creature-Legend", they are now "Legendary Creature"...okay I lied since it's just a split card. lol).

Combo potential:
Akki definitely has potential as you can deal damage AND still furnace, but you HAVE to at least deal damage once before he "evolves" (poke/ping baby!).
As for the black arcane card: it's like our fav. "X" black spell from Mirrodin...except you can only drain your opponent and there is no mana limit (definitely a possible card to play with...but then again we'll never have anything like necro ever again). As for the thief: thumbs WAY up.
