So I need some people with different devices to help me out.
I have an app on the market. It's .99 center USD, but I can add you as a tester or refund your purchase if requested.

It does 3 things. Primarily it automatically keeps your screen from going to sleep whenever Pokemon GO is running. It will also allow you to set a flag that makes the game come back up if you accidentally exit out.
Then there is the incubation mode. That places a dim screen over your game and doesn't let you interact with it, to keep it in the foreground. You can still see the game and will get notifications of pokemon, so you can unlock it whenever you see something you want to catch. In the mean time your eggs will hatch. Think of it as a version of the built-in battery save mode that locks your screen (but leaves notifications usable) that you manually turn on and off.
