4th Gen kid having nightmares

where do i go to accomplish this task? this one kid is having nightmares in that city foll of boats or something

After talking to the person, go to the boat dude in the same city, and he'll take you to an Island, in that isalnd you'll find a clearing, with Cressilia in it, she'll give you the item to heal the boy. Then she'll run off, and you have to go catch her like you catch mesprit.
