So we have Xbox 360, Wii, Skype, 3DS, etc.
And since a lot of us - most, anyway - have cellphones or basic iPods, iPads, and other WiFi devices, apps such as KiK have become really convenient in situations where you don't want to give away personal information, but still want a convenient and sure-fire way of communicating with friends, especially online.
I was just thinking that maybe we could get a plug-in that would allow us to have our KiK names in the Contact tab of our profile, if ever we should be open to requests or for talking to PC friends conveniently abroad (the PC app' is #sadface, and this would use less data than loading the webpage (especially if you're picky like me and don't like the mobile themes!)). Sometimes it's nice to watch TV downstairs and not have to lug the PC with us to continue a conversation.
KiK is more private than sharing text numbers, too, since it's a username and not your actual phone number, and your profile only divulges as much as you want it to. No one can follow or stalk / creep you with KiK, and it's easy to block those who harass you, etc. It's a lot safer, and I think it'd be nice if we had a spot in the Contact tab to put our usernames.
