GOAL:Use Kingdra to quickly KO the opponents Pokemon, and then use Gengar to spread Damage if there is a FIRE Pokemon in play.Use Lost world as an alternative win condition.

Two things I notice is that the deck is very trainer-heavy and therefore susceptible to trainer lock, and that it doesn't have a lot of draw power. If you don't play against a lot of vileplume then don't worry about the trainers, but I would add in some professor oak's new theory and/or uxie's because I think you may have a slow time getting stage 2's set up just relying on topdecking. Pokemon collector is also an excellent set up card.
