    hi, im gonna be using kingdra but i don't know what moves to teach and where to put the EVs in, help me please

    Trait: Swift Swim
    Ice Beam
    Dragon Pulse
    Surf
    Rain Dance
     
    Maxing speed is pointless unless you plan to outrun a Ninjask.

    Expert Belt slightly heightens attack.

    252 SATK/ 172 HP/ 80 SPEED
