[Tool] Kurapika's gen 3 tools

I'm trying to use Kurapika's gen three tool to make trainer battles, but whenever I go into the trainer editor it gives me an unhanded exception:

application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
